How we work

Forward-deployed. We work inside your business, on your accounts, until something useful is running.

01 / The rules

Written down before the first client.

Inside your accounts

We work in your systems with access you grant and can take back. A confidentiality agreement comes before any files.

Write the work down first

Each workflow is written up as it runs today, steps, systems and hand-offs, before anything is automated.

The owner goes first

You use it on one routine task for a few weeks before your staff are asked to change anything.

Answers with sources

Ask a question, get your firm's own answer with the document named.

Names swapped for labels

If client details should not reach AI tools, we replace them with labels and the key stays in your drive.

Spend limits you set

A monthly limit and alert on AI usage, with use shown by person or team.

A person approves every send

A named approver and an off switch on everything. Connections start read-only.

Tools by fit

Off-the-shelf tools you can buy, chosen by fit. We disclose any interest we hold in a tool, in writing, before you decide.

02 / The rollout

Five steps, with a check at each one.

STEP 1Try it
STEP 2Build the simplest version
STEP 3Pilot with a few people
STEP 4Connect it to the real work
STEP 5Scale

At every step: does it save time, cut errors and hold up at volume? If not, we fix it or drop it. We report what we measured, how and when. Anything else is called a hypothesis.

03 / Who owns what

If we leave, nothing breaks.

You own

Every account, every password, your records, your website and domain, and the written setup so someone else can rebuild it.

We own

The build, the playbooks, training your team, and telling you plainly what worked and what did not.

The tool vendor owns

The software itself, on the terms the vendor states. Client data never leaves your engagement unless your contract says so.
